Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: May 6, 2026
Welcome to Fly Pro Ltd. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our international flight booking services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Introduction
Fly Pro Ltd (referred to as "we," "us," or "our") is a UK-based travel agency specializing in the arrangement of international flight bookings for discerning clients. Our services are provided subject to these Terms, which incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
2. Our Role
We act as an agent for airlines, consolidators, and other travel service providers ("Suppliers"). When you make a booking through us, you are entering into a contract with the relevant Supplier(s). Our responsibility is limited to the arrangement of your booking; we do not operate the flights ourselves. The Supplier's terms and conditions will apply to your booking, and it is your responsibility to review them.
3. Booking and Payments
- Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring that all names, dates, and details provided at the time of booking are accurate and match your passport or other travel documents.
- Pricing: All prices are subject to change until full payment is received and the booking is confirmed. We reserve the right to correct errors in advertised prices.
- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of your booking by the Supplier.
4. Cancellations and Amendments
- Supplier Terms: Cancellations and amendments are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant Supplier(s). Most international flight tickets are non-refundable.
- Our Fees: In addition to any Supplier charges, we may levy an administration fee for processing cancellations or amendments.
- Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the Supplier's policy.
5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. This should cover cancellation, medical expenses, and other unforeseen events.
6. Passports, Visas, and Health Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure that you hold a valid passport, visa, and comply with all health and immigration requirements for all countries on your itinerary.
7. Limitation of Liability
We accept no liability for any loss, damage, or expense arising from the acts or omissions of any Supplier or any other third party.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
